Errors occur in PAM when your computer's Date Format Settings are incorrect

eg. "XX-XXX-XX is not a valid date and time"

Solution

Close PAM if its running

Go to Start / Settings / Control Panel / Regional Settings

Click on the Date TAB

Set your Short Date Format to EXACTLY this dd/MM/yyyy

And set your Date Separator to /
